Getting to the Gatwick Express

At Gatwick Airport

Gatwick Express trains leave from the Gatwick Railway station, located in the South Terminal, a short walk from flight arrivals. Free shuttle trains from the North Terminal leave every 3 minutes, and the journey takes only 2 minutes.

At Victoria Station

Trains leave from platforms 13 and 14. The Gatwick Express ticket office is located at the entrance to this area.

Victoria Station is one of the major transport hubs for central London. Three underground lines meet at the station; Victoria, District and Circle lines, Victoria bus station is beside the train station, and the National Express coach station is within an easy walk of the station entrance. As well, taxis are available outside the station. There is a very large Tourist Information Centre within the station, offering accommodation booking and travel information for visitors.

Getting to your flight

Gatwick Express trains arrive at the Gatwick rail station in the South Terminal. From there it is a short walk to the departures area. If your train leaves from the North Terminal you can board a free shuttle train, which leaves every 3 minutes for a short 2 minute trip.
